Express Entry Program 2015- A superficial view

It has been more than one month since the Express Entry System was launched. But, still, there are certain questions like what the benefits of EE program are or how will it work and others whirling in the mind of professionals who are interested to work in Canada. In this blog, we are providing you a superficial view of Express Entry Canada, to answer all the questions accurately.
What is the EE program?
First of all, EE program should not be mistaken for a new immigration program. It is not an immigration program; rather, it is a system which is designed to manage Canada PR Visa applications submitted under economic programs including the Federal Skilled Worker Program, the Federal Skilled Trades Program, and the Canadian Experience Class.
What are the benefits?
·         EE program 2015 provides benefits to both employers and prospective skilled immigrants.
·         Employers can recruit economic immigrants
·         Candidates having a valid job offer or provisional/territorial nomination are likely to receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for permanent residency.
·         Improved EEC job bank provides candidates and eligible employers a podium to meet.
·         No LMIA fee for permanent residence applications.
·         Six months or less to process applications
How will it work?
The EECprocedure starts with filing an online profile called Expression of Interest (EoI). Through the EoI, candidates are required to submit their professional and personal details.
If they meet the eligibility criteria of any of the economic programs, they will be placed in the pool. Here, the application is ranked against others and given a score out of 1200. One who scores higher than others and has a valid job will be invited to apply.
If a candidate does not have a valid job, they must register with a Canada Job Bank.
